Horror-Thriller Background Sound

I have been doing some research into sounds for my film so that i can finish it. I think that this would work really well in my short film. Instead of being to horrific it has the elements of thriller and builds up tension for what the camera is about to reveal. The loud beat at the beginning of the clip can emphasis the reality of the situation as we see the girl been chained to the table. I think that it will work well with my film.
